We do not accept insurance. In order to provide the time, attention, and level of care, we are not contracted with any insurance plans and do not accept or bill any insurance. This allows the comprehensive and personalized care you are seeking and deserve without limitations. Please note, we cannot see any individual who carries Medicare insurance, even though we are a cash-pay practice.
We begin with a 1:1 unhurried consultation to understand your full history, symptoms, lab results, and goals that provides initial actionable next steps and recommendations. From there, most clients move into a 3-month intensive program where we take a deep, structured approach. This typically includes advanced labs, targeted interventions, and ongoing support. After that, you have the option to continue in a membership for maintenance, guidance, and long-term sustainability.
Yes. I can order both conventional and functional labs, and prescribe medications when clinically appropriate, when not already managed by your PCP or outside care team. Please note, I do not prescribe stimulants or narcotics in my practice. Every recommendation is made thoughtfully, based on your unique situation, weighing conventional and functional markers together, looking for patterns rather than just flagging out-of-range values. If additional support is helpful, I may also connect you with trusted community practitioners.
I combine evidence-based medicine with a broader, integrative lens. That means we can use conventional tools like labs and prescriptions when needed, while also addressing lifestyle, nervous system regulation, environmental factors, and your relationship with your body. My role is not just to "treat symptoms," but to help you understand what's happening, so you can make informed, sustainable decisions about your health moving forward.
It's both, and intentionally so. As a nurse practitioner, I can diagnose, order labs, and prescribe when appropriate. I also bring in tools like lifestyle medicine, yoga-informed practices, and energy work such as reiki when they support your healing. Every tool I offer is optional, and we build your plan around what resonates with you. Some clients are curious about energy work and want to explore it; others prefer to stay squarely in the medical and lifestyle space. Both are completely valid. The goal is not to choose one or the other, but to create a plan that is comprehensive and personalized to you. What matters most is that you feel safe, respected, and in control of your own care.
That's exactly where many of my clients start. The difference here is not just what we do, but how we approach it. Instead of jumping from one solution to the next, we take a step back, organize the full picture, and move forward in a more intentional, strategic way. This often creates clarity and momentum where there was previously frustration.
That depends on your history, your current health status, and how your body responds. Some clients notice shifts in clarity and direction within 3 months, while physical healing unfolds more gradually and can often take a full year or more for transformation. The focus is on creating steady, sustainable progress, not quick fixes that don't last.
This practice is designed for people who are done with rushed appointments and surface-level answers, and who are ready to take a deeper look. What helps is a geniune curiosity about your own health and a willingness to engage in the process. If you want a partner who will take your full story seriously, bring both medical rigor and broader tools to the table, and work with you rather than just prescribing at you, you'll likely feel at home here.
At this time, I can only see clients who are physically located in Massachusetts during their visit due to state licensing laws for nurse practitioners. I understand this can be disappointing if you live elsewhere, and I appreciate your interest in working together. If you’re looking for support, I encourage you to seek out a licensed integrative provider in your state. In the meantime, you’re welcome to stay connected through my newsletter, where I share resources and tips to support your health and well-being wherever you are. I hope our paths may cross in the future.
Yes, I see clients at my location in Melrose, as well as within Wellness in Motion's Downtown Crossing and Lynnfield locations by request.
My practice sits alongside your primary care relationship, not in place of it. The work we do together is focused, in-depth, and integrative, designed to complement your existing care by addressing the layers that often don't get enough attention in a standard appointment. I ask that all clients maintain a relationship with a PCP for routine screenings, acute illness, and urgent concerns, so that together you have full-spectrum support.
