I’m on a mission to help you take control of your health… what it really takes to alleviate your symptoms, improve your health and learn to listen to your body’s messages and trust yourself to adapt to the season and life changes that will come.

If there is one thing I’ve learned in all my years of practice as a primary care provider, is that every person‘s body is telling a different story, and therefore every person needs a different care plan moving forward. My patients and I are living proof that it is possible to do so with a blend of traditional and lifestyle medicine. But it’s not easy to sift through the conflicting messages. We’re getting mixed guidance from your traditional care providers, and the overwhelming information and solutions that online wellness providers are insisting you do, that their way is the one and only right way to ”fix yourself.”

First, you are not broken. Also, there is no one right way to improve your health. What there is, is the way that is right for you, in this part of your life, in this season of your life. And this is why I have in my own personal practice and in my recommendations to my patients that we reevaluate things every season, whether it’s the actual change of season based on where you live, or season of life that you’re in. Whether that means initial postpartum period, or this busy season at work or this particularly busy time with your family, or changes that occur midlife, things are constantly changing and evolving around us and we need to learn to adapt in order to meet those changes and meet the needs that our body is telling us during these changes.

We all have different goals, different needs, different life circumstances. We have different things going on inside our bodies. Even if you and I have the same exact thing happening to us and around us, our history tells a huge story and it’s all part of the picture. It’s all important to investigate and uncover. While you know yourself better than anybody else, you may not be able to identify the messages that your body is telling you. You may not be able to put those puzzle pieces together. But I can. I can help put those pieces together for you and make sense of it all. I offer you clear guidance on and multiple options for which next step to take.

But this is the golden piece.

There’s an action step that you need to take. We start with one step, and we build on it, and we figure out which ones work for you and which ones don’t. It is never one size fits all. It’s what fits for you, right now, in this moment.

I share so many tips and tricks that I’ve learned for myself along the way. So many of you write in to me thanking me and saying I’m helping them. And it’s so important to know that all of these don’t happen all at once every day. And I never expect you to make all of these changes all at once and utilize them every day. That’s not possible. There is more than one way to get you to meet your goals, more than one path to your destination.

I am here to uncover what the messages your bodies are telling you, what they mean in the grand scheme of things, and I am here to help carve out plans AND to get you on your path to feeling better than you ever have before.
